Dakota College at Bottineau / Financial Aid/Records Assistant

Full-time, 12-month

 Job Description:   The Financial Aid/Records Assistant will be responsible for providing service to students in relation to Financial Aid and Academic Records.  Duties include but are not limited to: assisting students with various financial aid processes, facilitating the process of collaborative and military students, and scanning/linking documents using a document imaging system.

Required Qualifications:  1) HS diploma or GED; 2) experience in Microsoft Suite; 3) strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a detail-oriented atmosphere; 4) excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills; 5) the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people and 6) ability to maintain confidentially of records

Preferred Qualifications:  1) Attained college credits or degree and 2) experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft

Salary:  Commensurate with education and experience
